A research-backed, six-week program for women in tech to learn, grow, connect, and co-create their next acts

When you join our six-week program, you will be embarking on a journey with a small group of women in mid to senior career stages who provide each other with the friendship, community, and connection to co-create their next career and life chapters. 

This fall, we are running our guided career visioning cohort on the Maven Training Platform. As part of the program, you will be assigned to a Connection Council with a small group of your peers to design your next act.

How does the program work?

During the six-week program, you will be assigned to a Connection Council of like-minded women navigating mid-career to late-career stages to design the next act of your career and life.

Groups meet on a weekly basis for six weeks, facilitated by Christine Perfetti, a social psychologist, researcher, and expert in group facilitation and visioning approaches. How our program is unique:

  • Small Group Setting: Work closely with a small cohort of women who will understand your challenges and provide support
  • Proven Framework: Take advantage of the ideation and visioning methods Christine Perfetti has successfully used with leading organizations, including Harvard Business School, GoFundMe, and HubSpot
  • Authentic Connections: Build genuine relationships with women who will become friends and supporters
