But then many of us began asking, What do I want from the second half of my life? Nothing may have been wrong but our priorities and definitions of success can change. We begin to see that the next chapter doesn’t have to look like the last one.
I am a social psychologist, researcher, and longtime Product and UX leader. For more than 25 years, my work has centered on understanding people: what motivates us, how we make decisions, and how meaningful change happens.
I created Lift Up Connections as a collective space for women building what’s next. We explore together how to build an expansive second half of work and life with more room for purpose, connection, creativity, contribution, possibility, and whatever matters most to you.
We don’t have to figure out what’s next alone.

You’ll join a Connection Council, a small, intimate group of womenand move through research-informed exercises designed to help you reflect on where you’ve been, reconnect with what matters now, explore new possibilities, and begin building your next act.
The goal is to start moving toward a life that feels more fully yours.
