Lift Up Connections: Designing Your Next Act

Providing women in midlife the insights, community, and peer support to reimagine their next chapter

Expanding beyond traditional 1:1 coaching models, our programs provide participants with the community, friendship, peer support, and “lift” to confidently take action in their professional and personal lives.

“At the beginning, I wasn’t sure what to make of the process of designing my next act. I’m a planner but I thought that long term plans were useless because the next pandemic could come any day.

I really appreciated all of the support and feedback I got from my council. It’s amazing that I ask people in every strategic conversation, what do you want to achieve?, and then can’t see it from the inside until someone else says it. Thanks for bringing us all together. What a gift!”

Connection Councils: Co-Create the Next Act of Your Career

Weekly two-hour sessions on Tuesdays: November 12 – December 17
Price: $345

As part of the six-week guided program, you will be assigned to a Connection Council, a cohort of 5-7 like-minded women to design the next act of your career.

Moving beyond the traditional 1:1 coaching model, the Connection Councils provide the friendship, community, and the opportunity to grow together and co-create next steps.

“I am a strategic thinker with ambitious goals, but I recognize I need collaboration and shared experiences to be successful. Joining this group has been a transformative journey, marked by openness and mutual vulnerability, embodying the essence of ‘Lift Up.’

Christine has thoughtfully crafted a program that goes beyond conventional playbooks or manuals. What I needed was a space to connect with like-minded women—where we can listen, challenge, and provide real-time feedback to each other. Together, we are all learning and growing.”

Giving Circle: Women Lifting Up Women

Our founder, Christine Perfetti, built the donor insights and user research program at GoFundMe, the social crowdfunding platform. Through her research with donors and charities, she learned how powerful it is to provide donors with the education and thought leadership to make decisions on where to give back.

When we give back to others, we know how important it is to donate in areas where we can have the biggest impact and find the most personal meaning.

The goal of the Lift Up Connections Giving Circle is to provide women the content and insight they need to decide who they would like to give back to. Our team diligently researches and vets each non profit and charity we recommend to ensure your donations will lead to the greatest good.

Webinars and Live Events

In our research interviewing women in transitional midlife chapters, one of the common themes was feelings of isolation and loneliness.

At our webinars and events, we have intentionally crafted them to cultivate and facilitate authentic conversations that are rare at a typical event. The topics and conversations focus on the challenges that matter most to women navigating midlife, including career pivots, empty nest syndrome, and physical and mental health.

“I just watched the recording of your session. I found it so therapeutic. I’ve been dealing with a lot of anxiety lately. I think that menopause is really exacerbating it, but I have a lot of stressful stuff going on both in and outside of work.

Watching the video really made me feel better. It calmed me down. I think just hearing others talk about their struggles, confronting difficulties, and working through them was so helpful. It helps when it’s all women.”
