Women Reimagining Summit

January 28, 2026 | A One-Day Virtual Gathering
for Mid-Career Women Navigating Reinvention

When things are shifting, find your next best step

Hosted by Lift Up Connections | Early Pricing until 1/14: $145

Many women arrive at mid-career or midlife sensing that something is shifting.

What once worked doesn’t feel as aligned anymore. Energy feels different. Confidence isn’t gone, but it’s evolving. Not because you failed, but because the path has changed.

Beneath that shift is often a desire for work that sustains you without draining your nervous system, creativity, or sense of self.

This summit brings together women whose stories helped shape my own reinvention, showed me what becomes possible when we listen to ourselves, tell the truth about where we are, and choose courage over autopilot.

Their journeys are very different, but each opened something open for me: the bravery to walk away from burnout, the refusal to stay silent in the face of inequity, the power of community care, the dignity of designing a new future, and the reminder that small, steady choices can rebuild a life.

Our Speakers and Creators

Each speaker was chosen not just for her expertise, but because her story inspired and helped light the path for me and so many women finding their way through transition.

You will hear from women who walked away from burnout, climbed literal and metaphorical mountains, built conferences from scratch, challenged systems that were failing Black women, created movements during the hardest season of their lives, and designed futures grounded in dignity and meaning. These are lived examples of what reinvention can look like.

What Makes This Gathering Different: Connection, Clarity, and Action

This one-day gathering will help you pause, make sense of what’s happening, and plan your next step from an aligned place, through honest stories, practical frameworks, and real connection with women who are navigating the same season.

Many events offer techniques and advice, but rarely offer connection, the thing we are frequently missing. This is a place to take a pause, feel seen, and where your story belongs.

You won’t be told to hustle, reinvent overnight, or push through misalignment.

Instead, you’ll experience a carefully designed day that combines:

  • real stories of reinvention

  • grounded frameworks for clarity

  • and facilitated connection

This summit is all about seeing more clearly and taking action on your next chapter.

Who Should Attend

Women in mid or senior-level careers who are navigating a turning point and want to move forward.

Women seeking growth or change, who feel capable on the outside but unsettled on the inside.

Women who are tired of shrinking, auditioning, or proving and want clarity on what’s next.

What you will take away from the day

  1. A grounded sense of what’s no longer working and what wants to emerge. Guided by Christine Perfetti’s Only You Reinvention Framework, you’ll have space to name misalignment and reconnect with your inner voice.

  2. Language for this season, so you stop wondering if it’s “just you.” Through candid and validating conversations led by Tamara Adlin and Kenyetta Hall, you’ll hear the real emotional and identity shifts that accompany reinvention, including ego, doubt, fear, and comparison.

  3. Reassurance that there are ways forward without major shifts. Listening to Mugdha Kulkarni and Kenyetta Hall, you’ll see how forward motion often comes through small, brave choices rather than dramatic pivots.

  4. A renewed understanding of care, community, and what sustains you. Dr. Jade Singleton offers a powerful reframe of rest, grief, and community. You’ll reflect on where support is missing in your life, and what becomes possible when women gather with honesty, intention, and care.

  5. A future-oriented lens grounded in dignity and meaning. Through Amy Heymans’ systems and futures thinking, you’ll step back from urgency and fear and explore what it means to design a life and a future centered on dignity, humanity, and purpose.

  6. A  sense of belonging and the relief of not being alone.Through facilitated Connection Councils, you’ll connect in small groups with women navigating similar experiences. These conversations are designed to help you feel seen, ask meaningful questions, and co-create clarity and courage together, often becoming the most unexpected and memorable part of the day.
